Welcome to the door gates of WATA

You are getting closer to book your WATA session
What a session may feel like
Without being attached to any given outcome, your breath irremediably links to a deep sense of belonging into the realm of one whole body awareness rooted into an ever unfolding and playful presence. One moment yields the next, one single breath at a time, time lapses, a progressive seamless depth begins to reveal and the gates of the body selves tracing to the memories allocated on site.
Some receivers express moments of deep relaxation, others refer to a shift of altered states within the time space domain often time associated to slow of the meditative states. These modifications arise by a natural progression as the receiver becomes sensitive to the natural rhythm of the outflow and inflow of the breath and a serene sense of trust the receiver develops. As this mutual reciprocity unveils, It becomes a spontaneously synchronized body language agreement from the receiver into the outer world.

WATA brings the joy of dancing weightless under the water. When the receiver follows a comfortable apnea of the breath under water with effortless easiness, it invites the nervous system to be equalized and helps the mind to reframe its boundaries and contact to a deeper side of intuitive wisdom. The invitation to expand the moves arise as a result to the opening of the diaphragmatic plexus and almost miraculously unlocks the restrained passages of energy flow through the channels, muscles and fascia.

Wasser Tanzen is an alive form of subtle bodygate piece of artwork where the soft resistance of the water adds juice to increase the quality of the stretches. It kindly proposes a more natural fluid movement in the physical body and mind space. It is an aquatic body and combines the freedom of the weightlessness of the water element with movements that resemble dance and Aikido. Capacitating the dirapragmathic constraints and building into a comfortable apnoea, the encounter with the whole embrace of the receptive warm water becomes the major ally. This reactivates the cells in our body, reminding them of their innate capacity for fluidity, flow. and endless abundance.
A good deal of sequences in Wasser Tanzen are based on a wavelike set of spiralling movements, which help stimulate the flexibility and energy flow through the main channel lying dormant in the spine to wire all the chakras and meridians. Water Dance receivers often time describe as their body perception and whole presence to expand beyond the skin limits.
